Lifeś Simplicity
Life itself is simple at its core: we are born, we grow, we experience, and eventually we return to the earth. The fundamentals—like breathing, eating, connecting with others, and existing in the present—are straightforward.
But life feels complicated because of layers we humans add: expectations, responsibilities, ambitions, emotions, relationships, fears, and the pressure to give meaning to everything. Society creates systems, rules, and measures of success that make us compare and compete, which can cloud that original simplicity. Our minds also tend to overthink—replaying the past, worrying about the future—rather than resting in the moment.
In short, life is simple in essence, but complicated in experience because of the way we think, feel, and structure the world around us.
